High Court dismisses bus lane drivers claim.

In Byrne v Rahman a plaintiff who suffered injury in a road traffic collision where the defendant had pulled out of an exit into her path, had her case dismissed by the High Court. Mr Justice Barr held that the Defendant was not to be criticized for wrongly assuming that the plaintiff was turning left, where in fact the plaintiff had intended to unlawfully re-join a bus lane.
